Bird's a jerk

I was reading this article about how Magic Johnson tried being nice to Larry Bird.

Ok, Magic went to Larry's retirement ceremony and wore a Bird jersey, Bird said, "Magic, get out of my dreams!"

Then when Larry presented Magic his Hall of Fame induction, he said, "I was going to speak from my heart but, man, he broke my heart so many times, do I have anything left?"

Wow.

Oh yes, and when Bird played Magic's team in the college champioship, Magic's team was guarding Bird hard and Bird still yelled, "Give me the ball!" Well, maybe it was because Bird was the team, but it still sounded stupid of him to say.
