Last night was one of my favourite performances by Ajax. THe Urban Warriors outplayed Orlando Pirates in their game at Athlone last night. The first goal coming from Nathan Pualse on the stroke of half time and Russel Mwafulirwa sealed the win when he netted the ball close to full time. The Bucaneeers only threatening in the first few minutes of the first and second half, otherwise it was all Ajax. One player to who stood out was defender Eduardo Ferreira who had a great match.The crowd support was amazing as usual at Athlone, when speaking to the fans they were all very happy at the way Ajax had played and they believe that they will maintain the top spot and win the League. Ajax top the log ahead on goal! difference over Supersport United.
